The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in Niger State broke its long silence on happenings in the state, describing the Governor Abubakar Bello-led administration as incompetent.
In its assessment of the 100 days in office of the incumbent governor, yesterday, the main opposition party lamented that the state lacked direction and focus.
It also described the governor as “inexperienced”.
Stating the party’s position at a press conference in Minna, the state deputy chairman, Barrister Tanko Beji, said Niger State took several steps backward, instead of progressing like others across the North where “experienced and focused leaderships” reined.
