Real Madrid are again, into Champions League final

Two goals from Karim Benzema in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-final match on Tuesday night saw the defending champions qualifying for the competition’s final three times in the last three years.

Joshua Kimmich had put the visitors ahead in the third minute but Benzema fire in a leveller in the 11th minute.

A mistake by the Bayern Munich golakeeper Sven Ulreich saw Benzema shooting into an empty net.

James Rodriguez got the visitors back into the game on the 63rd minute.

All effort for Bayern Munich to get the goal that will see them scale through on away goal advantage proved abortive as Keylor Navas made several smart saves to ensure Real Madrid are into the final again.

The defending Champions had won the first leg 2-1 to put them in pole position.
