Of gay ‘rights’ and the rest of us

For those who have gay rights, even when I look at the population of those countries, those opposing are high in number. In some countries, the churches are against it, why put pressure on Nigeria and other African countries that we must put it (in our laws?. Respect for human
rights of a minute minority cannot be at the expense of the larger societal values, well-being and orientation of the people. Even laws are rooted in culture, which must be upheld…”
Since no one has clearly explained the seeming desperation on the part of those clamouring to have the gay rights in these parts, it is relatively safe to presume that acceding to such request is akin to entering into some pacts that will enable the proponents of this EVIL handover our lives straight to the Devil. There clearly seems to be a connection between the increasing activities of Satanism and the open and shameless support for men sleeping with men or women with women…
The confusion becomes even more when viewed against the backdrop of the fact that its proponents are world leaders, men of “timber and calibre”, with active and ongoing support from a silent, but powerful few, who are represented in all spheres of academia, politics, business, sports and all… The question is— what’s so pressing about homosexuals to warrant such involvement by global leaders? Why should countries be pressured to accept what is clearly at variance with natural and acceptable form? Aren’t there other areas such as debilitating poverty, wars, hunger that require intervention from global leaders?
In the meantime, what Nigeria needs more than anything else, is the same support, if not more, from these global leaders to enable us “catch” Abubakar Shekau first, please.
