The Oba of Lagos is among dignitaries expected at the opening ceremony of the Association of Nigerian Authors’ (ANA) 37th Annual International Convention. Others include Rilwan Akiolu, Igwe Obosi, and Chidubem Iweka.
This was revealed at a meeting in Lagos with the state’s chapter of ANA, chaired by the association’s president, Mallam Denja Abdullahi, who had led a three-man EXCO team, including Assistant General Secretary, Maik Ortserga, and the PRO South, Wole Adedoyin.

The two-day meeting, which ended on August 27 solidified plans for the Lagos convention, scheduled to hold from October 25 to 28 under the theme, ‘Literature, megacities and Mega-narratives.
Last year’s convention held in Benue State.
