Abari made the remarks when he received the institute’s Executive Director, Dr Chidi Iheama on a courtesy visit in Abuja, a statement by the agency’s head of press, Paul Odenyi said.
The DG was represented by the Director, Human Resource Management Mr. Kehinde Ogunkuade.
Earlier, Dr Iheama said the institute was canvassing the value-adding experience of retirees and mentoring of young civil servants to prepare effectively for a meaningful life after retirement.
