Nigeria sets up Sub-Committees, Project Management teams for sports festival

Nigeria’s National Sports Commission (NSC), Monday  in Abuja inaugurated four Sub-Committees, eight Project Management Teams and the Main Organising Committee (MOC) Secretariat to deliver a perfect 19th National Sports Festival (NSF).
The festival tagged “Paradise Games 2014” is scheduled to hold from 23rd November to 7th December 2014 in Calabar, the capital city of Cross River state.
 
Inaugurating the Sub-Committees and Project Management Teams, the Director General of the NSC who is also the chairman of the Main Organising Committee (MOC), Hon. Gbenga Elegbeleye, enjoined members to be proactive and employ their wealth of experience, knowledge, skills and talents in sports organization to ensure that the festival measures up to international standards. 
 
The Sub-Committee on Finance is headed by a Deputy Director in the Commission, the Sub-Committee on Technical is  headed by Dr. Bolaji Ojo-Oba, Medical Sub-Committee is headed by Dr Abdul-kadir Mu’Azu and the Sub-Committee on Media and Publicity to be chaired by Mr. Paul Bassey.
