Speaking, the Director General of ANDP, Samson O. Omojuyigbe,‎ said that the project is a full package conceived and implemented by the ANDP.

The Director General, who was represented by Babatunde Kuye, said that the ANDP is providing support to governments in Africa, including Nigeria.

“We have taken it upon ourselves to go beyond providing relief materials to providing shelter, thereby giving hope and succour to the less privileged and the vulnerable persons in our society.
