The Minister of State for Environment, Ibrahim Usman Jibril has felicitated with Nigerian Muslims and other citizens on the occasion of Eid el-Kabir.
In his Sallah message, the minister urged Nigerians to think green, protect the planet and Nigeria as they celebrate.
The minister also sympathised with the victims of flood in and outside the country.
He said, “As we celebrate this Sallah holidays, let us remember that in every shared smile and laughter, nature is the fabric that connect us all.”
The minister said, “Our Prayers and thoughts are with those affected by flooding across the country and in the world. Let’s us remember that with God all things are possible. Let us join together in peace and unity leaving no one behind in our human family.”
