Financial services provider, Jaiz Bank, has assured its customers of better services as it has upgraded its system.
While the upgrade lasted, customers of the bank experienced services disruption, but that has been resolved, said the bank.
Some customers had recently experienced services failure and had complained about it, saying it caused them great discomfort.
The bank had in June, 2019, notified its customers of the impending upgrade and apologised.
The bank had said in a notice, “Dear esteemed customer, due to system upgrade, access to our e-channels will not be available on 22/06/19 (2am – 6pm). We apologise for the inconvenience.”
But some customers still had issues after the period the bank said the system would be down.
The bank’s spokesman, Mr. Idris Ahmed, told our correspondent on phone that the bank had returned to seamless operations.
Mr. Ahmed confirmed that while the system upgrade lasted, customers could not access some of the bank’s services.
He said if any customer still had issues, it might be peculiar to that particular customer, and that therefore, they should approach the nearest branch for the issue to be resolved.
