The secretary, Health and Human Services Secretariat of the FCT Administration, Mrs. Amanda Pam, said she was highly impressed with facilities at Kwali General Hospital.
Speaking during an interview yesterday, Pam, said the management of the hospital, under the chief medical director, Dr. Halima Bello, has been able to make a difference at the hospital.
She said her inspection/tour of facilities to the hospital over the weekend had no doubt proved that there was cooperation and understanding between the management and staff of the hospital.
She said the secretariat would soon embark on verification of staff of the hospital in order to ascertain staff attrition pending when embargo on employment of new staff would be lifted.
“In fact, I must say that since I started inspection/tour of facilities across hospitals, Kwali General Hospital has performed excellently well,” she said.
