Immunization teams have been distributed to various points to mark the houses.
Speaking to City News, one of the team leaders said that the numbering was to help the team prepare adequately for the immunization exercise by knowing the quantity of vaccines needed.
According to him, the immunization exercise, which is geared towards fighting against polio in the community, is slated for September. Each team is to keep a record of the of houses numbered per day until all the mapped out houses are completed.
City News noticed some parents, who on seeing the team, brought out their children to get them immunized but were told that the exercise had not yet begun.
