The management of Halogen Group, Nigeria’s leading security risk group has congratulated the poster girl of Nigerian female wrestling, Odunayo Adekuoroye on her recent rise to the enviable number one position in the world in the 57Kg category.
Her latest world ranking is coming from winning of her sixth gold medal with a 10-0 lead against Eman Ebrahim of Egypt in the final of the just concluded 2020 African Championship in Algeria.
Her predecessor, Kawai Risako of Japan had reigned as number one with 60 points.
Adekuoroye was recently adopted by Halogen Group ahead 2020 Olympic Games in support of the federal government “Adopt an Athlete”.
