The authorities of Gwagwalada Area Council on Thursday, disengaged all its technical partners on revenue collection in the area.
The secretary of the council, Hajiya Ada Alimi, disclosed this to newsmen while speaking on the success recorded by the council in its revenue drive.
She said since the disengagement of the technical partners, the council had improved its revenue generation.
She, however, said the council retained the services of Lion Property Company to verify and revalidate kiosks, corner shops and spaces in the council.
She added that the council disengaged all the technical partners on revenue generation because they were not meeting up with the percentage they were asked to pay to the council.
The council’s scribe maintained that the development was to enhance revenue generation for the council.
