FPDC which has land beside the popular Sunrise Estate near Mogadishu Barracks is ready to sell through mortgage or part payment. There is also the option of full payment.
Options available are three-bedroom executive flats with BQ all en suite with wardrobes and closets, with choice kitchen; and luxury eight bedroom duplex with two self-contain BQ and swimming pool.
Mr Bernard Oluka, Managing Partner, FPDC said in Abuja last week that furniture for the buildings will be provided by ARTCO and external finishing by Julius Berger Plc.
“Doors with special locks are all Italian,” he explained.
“Every occupant has a five-year free maintenance of the buildings. We’ll maintain the swimming pool for five years,” he stated.
He said those interested can come to site for inspection.
