Firm unveils property investment platform

Members of the public can now invest in choice property in Lagos, Abuja and other cities in the country and co-own the property.

A foremost real estate company, Casafina Capital Limited, launched the new platform, One Square Metre (onesqm.ng) which allows members to invest in property.

At the unveiling of the platform in Lagos recently, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Casafina, Dr. Olufemi Oluwaseyi, explained that the platform was designed to provide solution to funding issues in real estate.

Dr. Oluwaseyi said, “One of our goals is to find a lasting solution to real estate financing in Nigeria” and that the idea would revolutionise the real estate industry in Nigeria and bring about massive transformation.

He said, “We have created an ideal platform to allow people easily invest in real estate properties of their choice. We are passionate about this and we believe this can change Nigerian real estate for years to come.

“We target medium income marginal residential neighbourhoods. The residential units are developed and offered via the rent-to-own scheme.”
