Eko hospital has had its facilities upgraded in a face-lifting strategy that began in March 2018.
Established four decades ago in Lagos, the hospital has since grown with branches in Surulere, Ikoyi and the headquarters at Ikeja, Lagos.
Conducting reporters round the facility, the interim CEO of the hospital, Dr. Chukwuka Monye, said the decision to launch a transformation programme in the hospital was done by the board members of EKO corp Plc to uplift the overall standard of the facility.
Monye said: “Automating the systems of operation in the organization is paramount if the transition programme is to yield great success and as a result, key areas of the organization’s operations were automated.”
Mr Ayodeji Adewale, the interim finance officer, said the management increased the visibility of its financial activities by ensuring online real-time daily reporting of transactions in the hospital.
