The Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Gen. AG Olonisakin, is among the 1973-78 set of students of the Nigerian Military School (NMS), Zaria who will soon celebrate their brotherhood and achievements.
A statement signed by Col. GE Mosugu (rtd) for the chairman, NMS 1973-78 set said the event is slated for January 19, 2019 at the Conference Hall of the Nigerian Army Headquarters, Mess 1, Asokoro, 12 noon.
Self-styled ‘The Elite’, the set has produced 32 officers of the rank of Brigadier General (or its equivalent) and above in the armed forces.
The occasion will be attended by many of their former instructors and seniors who have been specially invited, the statement said.
