Kebbi State Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu has reshuffled his cabinet and created two additional ministries for Governmental Affairs and Special Duties.
The affected commissioners in the exercise included those of the ministries of Justice, Environment, Commerce, Information, Higher Education and Animal Health and Husbandry.
A statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Abubakar Mu’azu Dakingari said the commissioner in the Ministry for Information, Alhaji Musa Kalgo has swapped position with his counterpart in the Ministry of Environment, Muhammad Gado Suleiman while the Commissioner in the Ministry of Higher Education, Alhaji Maigari Abdullahi has been moved to the Ministry for Animal Health and Husbandry.
The Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Alhaji Ibrahim Bawa Kamba will take charge at the new Ministry for Inter-Governmental Affairs while the Commissioner in the Ministry of Justice, Barrister Rakiya Tanko Ayuba takes charge of the Ministry for Commerce and Industry.
The former Commissioner in the Ministry for Animal Health and Husbandry, Alhaji Adamu Ibrahim Ngaski has been moved to the new Ministry for Special Duties.
Two other new Commissioners, Barrister Ramatu Adamu Gulma and Hajiya Tsahara Bawa Ribah now take charge of the Ministries for Justice and Women Affairs respectively.
