A presidential aspirant, Mr. Ahmed Buhari, has said his decision to contest the presidency in 2019 is “to take Nigeria out of the quagmire to a destination that will benefit all Nigerians.”
Speaking to Daily Trust in Lagos, Buhari, who is the founder of Skylar Incorporated, an ICT firm, and Ahmed Bee Foundation, said he was tired of complaining about how things were being done in Nigeria, saying he had decided to come out of his comfort zone to contest.
The 38-year old Buhari who hails from Kontagora in Niger State, said he was ready to slug it out with President Muhammadu Buhari and other candidates in 2019.
He said he was still consulting on which platform to use in contesting for the presidency.
Buhari said he was of the view that most of the existing political parties did not have ideology that conformed with his and that of his numerous followers.
