The Rivers State governorship candidate of Accord Party, Chief Dumo Lulu Briggs, has presented a six-point agenda for the development of the state.
Chief Briggs, at a press conference to kick-start his campaign in Port Harcourt, yesterday, said if elected as governor, he would focus on restoration of peace and security, industrialisation and urban development, education and human capital development, poverty eradication and youth empowerment, rejuvenation of health and safety system as well as good governance and expansion of revenue base.
