The fair, which is scheduled to hold at the Old Parade Ground, Area 10, Garki, is themed “Promoting trade through national unity” and is expected to be declared open by the FCT Minister, Senator Bala Mohammed on Monday.
Managing Director of Osworld Associates Limited, organisers of the fair, Mr. Wole Osunkunle, while addressing newsmen in Abuja, said the generalised fair would accommodate every sector of the economy including exhibitors from outside the country. He noted that the fair has been registered with the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) and approved by the Ministry of Trade and Investment Abuja.
He said the fair will be a means to project the exhibitors and their goods and services, and an avenue where producers and manufacturers will interact with consumers and end users for a healthy business interaction and development.
“The fair will be a worthwhile venture for participants, exhibitors and visitors. So many exhibitors have registered and paid for their participation in the fair as they are set for a good business outing during the event,” he said.
