Some of the banks were, however, yet to commence operations as the installation of computer systems and ATMs were ongoing, while some officials were briefing their marketing team.

A staff of Zenith Bank, who pleaded anonymity, told NAN that the bank would commence operation before the end of the day, adding that the bank’s presence at the fair for the first time was to boost its retail banking activities.

A staff of Fidelity Bank said that the bank had commenced full operation and it’s ATM was fully loaded to dispense cash to visitors at the fair.

NAN reports that the annual fair, organised by the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), will end on Nov. 12. (NAN)
