3 men arrested over affairs with blind beggar’s wife

 Men of the Suleja Emirate Vigilantes in Niger State have apprehended three motorcyclists while planning to meet with the wife of a blind beggar in Suleja, Niger State.
They were said to have been picked separately over alleged sexual advancement.
Crime Desk learnt that the woman was the first to be apprehended with one of the motorcyclists in an area close to the vigilante’s office.
Our crime reporter further gathered that the prime suspect called the woman’s on phone, inviting her for a private meeting.
“Unknown to her, one of her sisters in-law was trailing her as she noticed a foul play in the manner she left home. On arriving the meeting point, the sister in law rushed to the vigilante’s office, where she reported the matter and they invited the woman with the man,’’ our vigilante source said.
The vigilante source further explained that the two other motorcyclists were arrested one after the other after they separately put calls on her phone and she was instructed to ask them to come to an area, where they were picked up by the vigilantes.
When contacted, head of the Suleja Emirate Vigilantes, Mr. Bisalla Akoshi, said both the men and the woman confessed having extra-marital affairs and that two different health examinations including HIV and pregnancy, were conducted on the woman at a hospital but she was found negative to both.
He said the husband of the woman was not willing to sue the suspects but only demanded for their names.
The vigilante leader said the beggar went home with his wife and that the suspects, who live in Pangamu area of Suleja were handed over to their community leaders for counseling.
He said they were expected to report back at their office after seven days for the next line of action.
