Nasarawa State Deputy Governor Silas Ali Agara has pledged to support the All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate, Engr. Abdullahi Sule, in the 2019 general elections despite losing to him in the primary election.
Agara, who made the pledge in an interview with newsmen in Lafia shortly after holding a meeting with members of his campaign team and supporters, said he decided to support the candidature of Sule because it was the will of God and the choice of the majority of APC members in the state. Agara, who said he called the meeting to inform his team and supporters of his decision, thanked them for the support before, during and after the party primary election.
