… It’s dead dead in S/East — Buhari group

The Coordinator of Buhari Support Organization (BSO) for the South East geopolitical zone and ex-speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Stanley Ohazuruka, said yesterday that the Coalition of Unity Political Parties (CUPP) does not have a voice in the South East.

According to him, “Those behind the contraption want to return corruption in the country; most of the political  parties involved have no surviving roots anywhere.”

He said the memorandum signed by 39 political parties to oust President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019 general elections was not the true view of the Nigerian masses, describing the development as dead on arrival following the springing up of 20 political parties in support of the president. The APC chieftain predicted that the coalition would collapse before the 2019 general elections, saying the APC was not bothered by the antics of the coalition.
