Yero signs N179bn budget into law

Governor Mukhtar Ramalan Yero of Kaduna State yesterday signed the 2013 budget of N179 billion into law. The budget has an estimated recurrent expenditure of N74 billion and capital expenditure of N104 billion. The budget, which was presented to the Assembly on December 13, 2012, by the late governor of the state, Mr. Patrick Ibrahim Yakowa, was jerked up from N176 billion to 179 billion.
