Kaduna gov convoy involved in accident

A motorcycle in the convoy of the Kaduna state governor, Alhaji Mukhtar Ramalan Yero was involved in a minor accident, a few metres away from the state's Government House today.

The accident happened in front of the 44 Army Reference Hospital around 2pm when the governor was on his way to address the state's civil servants at the state's secretariat along Independence Way.

The accident involved one of the motorcycle outriders. The governor alighted from his car and ordered that the rider be taken to the hospital for treatment.

Daily Trust gathered the rider was rushed to the 44 Army Reference Hospital and his motorcycle was returned to the Government House.
