Former president of Ghana, John Kuffour (ECOWAS mission) and his Malawian counterpart Bakili Muluzi (Commonwealth mission) led their members to present the report to Jonathan at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, Abuja. Addressing State House journalists later, Kuffour said they observed that the elections were free, fair and credible. Kuffour said they equally observed that Nigerian was at peace.
