Ekiti to spend N1.3b on agric, rural devt

The Ekiti State government has set aside N1.3 billion for its agriculture and rural development projects in 2013, Permanent Secretary of the state’s Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning, Mr. Folorunso, has said. According to him, the Fayemi-led administration was fully committed to supporting and sustaining conditions for farming that would guarantee effective cultivation, harvesting and processing of agro produce.
