Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has praised President Goodluck Jonathan for his rapid infrastructural development of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
PDP National Publicity Secretary, Olisa Metuh in a statement yesterday, said the party is impressed with the massive infrastructural development and maintenance of existing projects under the FCT Minister, Bala Mohammed.
It said such is a testament to Jonathan’s resolve to fundamentally alter the sad trajectory of poor maintenance that had bedeviled the Nigerian state at all levels.
“The party is highly impressed by the rapid infrastructural development of the FCT under the current administration which has not only given new looks to the city but brought a huge relief to the residents,” the statement said.
It however urged the FCTA to press for the accelerated passage of its traffic laws by the National Assembly in order to allow the administration achieve the same level of success in the management and control of traffic in the territory.
