As part of activities marking Eid-el-Maulud, the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the women forum of Al- Habibiyah Islamic Society of Nigeria, yesterday donated instructional materials, food items and other gifts to the Karu Orphanage Home. Leader of the Al-Habibiyyah delegation, Hajiya Khadijah Muhammed, while presenting the donation, urged Muslims to do more for the less privileged, noting that those at the orphanages should be taken care of before they move in to join the larger society and contribute their quota to national development. She was accompanied by Hajiya Safiya Abdullahi, Hafsat Muazu, Hajiya Awobajo, Iyabo Niniola, Habiba Ahmed, Habiba Umar Bello and Haulat A. Fuad.
