40 suspected criminals nabbed in Kaduna

Kaduna State police command yesterday arrested a total of 40 suspected criminals in their hideout, spokesperson of the command DSP Aminu Lawan has said.
Speaking with Daily Trust,  DSP Lawan said the suspects were arrested in their hideout along Danmaliki Street near Nnamdi Azikwe Way.
“Our operation Yaki team this morning (yesterday) raided a criminal hideout and arrested a total of 40 suspected criminals. Items recovered from them include two unregistered motorcycles, two laptops, two knives and items suspected to be Indian hemp,” he said.
He said they have commenced thorough investigation of the suspects in order to establish their true business in the criminal hideout.
