‘Niger to partner Ethiopia in agriculture’

Niger state governor, Dr Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu has indicated the interest of his administration to partner with Ethopia in the field of agriculture and tourism with the aim of developing the sectors in his state. The governor made the statement when he received the Ethiopian Ambassador to Nigeria and the Vice Chancellor (VC) of the Federal University of Technology Minna, during a courtesy call. He directed three of his commissioners to meet with the Ethiopian ambassador with a view of coming up with modalities on how the state would benefit from Ethiopia. Earlier, the Ethiopian envoy, Ali Suleman said he was in the state to look for ways of collaboration with the state and his country.
